Job Summary
Provide direct, compassionate nursing care to residents in a skilled nursing environment during weekend night shifts (Friday–Sunday, 6PM–6AM). Administer medications and treatments, monitor resident conditions, and collaborate with CNA, LPN, providers, and the interdisciplinary team to ensure resident safety and high-quality care. Document care accurately to meet regulatory standards, follow infection control and safety protocols, and communicate effectively with residents and families about care needs. Required Qualifications
- Valid RN license in good standing
- License must be valid within the state of Iowa, or ability to activate
- Current, valid CPR Certification
- Knowledge of federal and state long-term care regulations and laws
