Registered Nurse (RN) Weekend Package Nights

Job Summary
Provide direct, compassionate nursing care to residents in a skilled nursing environment while administering medications and treatments accurately. Support daily clinical operations, monitor resident conditions, and respond promptly to status changes. Collaborate with CNAs, LPNs, providers, and interdisciplinary team members to promote teamwork, communicate effectively with families, and document care to meet regulatory standards. Follow infection control, safety, and compliance protocols at all times. Shifts are weekend package nights from 6 PM to 6 AM on Friday, Saturday, and Sunday. This role is part of Care Initiatives' network of over 40 skilled nursing communities throughout Iowa, offering a competitive wage with shift differentials and comprehensive benefits including medical, dental, vision, 401(k), and PTO.
Required Qualifications
- Valid RN license in good standing
- License must be valid within the state of Iowa, or ability to activate
- Current, valid CPR Certification
- Knowledge of federal and state long-term care regulations and laws
