Job Summary
Provide direct, compassionate nursing care to residents in a skilled nursing environment while supporting daily clinical operations to ensure quality care and resident safety. Administer medications and treatments accurately, monitor resident conditions for status changes, and collaborate with CNAs, LPNs, and providers to promote high-quality teamwork. Communicate effectively with residents and families regarding care needs, document care accurately to meet clinical and regulatory standards, and strictly follow infection control, safety, and compliance protocols. Shifts run Friday-Sunday evenings from 2PM-10PM with a competitive hourly wage plus weekend shift differential. Required Qualifications
- Valid RN license in good standing
- License must be valid within the state of Iowa, or ability to activate
- Current, valid CPR Certification
- Knowledge of federal and state long-term care regulations and laws
