Job Summary
Registered Nurse (RN) for Weekend Package – Days at Heritage Specialty Care in Cedar Rapids, IA. Provide direct nursing care in a skilled nursing environment, support unit operations, administer medications and treatments, monitor resident conditions, collaborate with CNA/LPN/provider and other interdisciplinary team members, communicate with residents and families, and document care to meet regulatory and facility standards. Requires valid Iowa RN license (or ability to activate) and CPR certification; knowledge of long-term care regulations; commitment to compassionate, empathetic patient care and adherence to infection-control and safety protocols.
Required Qualifications
- Valid RN license in good standing
- License must be valid within the state of Iowa, or ability to activate
- Current, valid CPR Certification
- Knowledge of federal and state long-term care regulations and laws
