Job Summary
Provide direct, compassionate nursing care to residents in a skilled nursing environment while supporting daily clinical operations. Administer medications and treatments accurately, monitor resident conditions, and respond promptly to status changes. Collaborate with CNAs, LPNs, providers, and interdisciplinary team members to promote high-quality care, communicate effectively with families, and document care to meet clinical and regulatory standards. Adhere strictly to infection control, safety, and compliance protocols. This role offers weekend package shifts (Friday-Sunday 6AM-2PM) with a competitive hourly wage plus shift differential at NorthCrest Specialty Care. Required Qualifications
- Valid RN license in good standing
- License must be valid within the state of Iowa, or ability to activate
- Current, valid CPR Certification
- Knowledge of federal and state long-term care regulations and laws
