Job Summary
Provide direct, compassionate Registered Nurse care in a skilled nursing environment with weekend coverage (Fri–Sun, 6AM–6PM). Administer medications and treatments accurately and timely; monitor resident conditions and respond to changes; collaborate with CNA, LPN, provider, and other interdisciplinary team members to promote teamwork and high-quality care; communicate care needs to residents and families; document care to meet clinical and regulatory standards; and follow infection control, safety, and compliance protocols. Qualifications include an active Iowa RN license in good standing or ability to activate, current CPR certification, and knowledge of federal/state long-term care regulations. Required Qualifications
