Job Summary
Provide direct nursing care to residents in a skilled nursing environment on weekends (Fri-Sun, 5:30AM–1:30PM). Administer medications and treatments, monitor resident conditions, and respond to changes in status. Collaborate with CNAs, LPNs, and other members of the interdisciplinary team to promote high-quality care. Communicate with residents and families about care needs, document care to meet regulatory and facility standards, and follow infection control and safety protocols.
