Job Summary
Weekend Option Registered Nurse (RN) on Day Shift in Indiana. You will develop meaningful relationships with residents, promote physical and psychosocial well‐being, and collaborate with the care team to deliver coordinated resident care. Key skills include leadership within the care team, collaboration with nursing and facility teams, teamwork toward excellent resident care, strong interpersonal communication, and a commitment to geriatric senior care excellence. Requirements include a current Indiana RN license, proficient medication management, ability to conduct thorough assessments and document changes, and alignment with C.A.R.E. values.
Required Qualifications
- Current and valid Registered Nurse license in the state of Indiana
- Proficient medication management skills
- Ability to conduct thorough assessments and accurately document changes in resident conditions
- Strong passion for geriatric nursing and commitment to senior care excellence
