Job Summary
Promote the physical and psychosocial well-being of residents by developing meaningful relationships through learning their life stories and staff interactions. Conduct thorough assessments, accurately document changes in resident conditions, and manage medications proficiently while maintaining a supportive, comforting atmosphere. Collaborate with nursing and facility teams to ensure coordinated care, demonstrating C.A.R.E. values of compassion, accountability, relationships, and excellence. Requires a current and valid Indiana RN license with a strong passion for geriatric nursing. Full-time day and evening shifts available.
Required Qualifications
- Current and valid Registered Nurse license in the state of Indiana
- Proficient medication management skills
- Ability to conduct thorough assessments and accurately document changes in resident conditions
- Strong passion for geriatric nursing and commitment to senior care excellence
- Demonstrates C.A.R.E. values to our residents, family members, customers and staff
- Full-time day and evening shift
