Job Summary
Promote the physical and psychosocial well-being of residents by developing meaningful relationships through their life stories and staff interactions. Conduct thorough assessments, accurately document changes in resident conditions, and manage medications proficiently. Create a comforting atmosphere while collaborating with nursing and facility teams to ensure coordinated care. Demonstrate C.A.R.E. values to residents, families, and staff, and lead teamwork to exceed resident needs. Requires a current Indiana RN license and strong geriatric nursing passion. Required Qualifications
- Current and valid Registered Nurse license in the state of Indiana
- Proficient medication management skills
- Ability to conduct thorough assessments and accurately document changes in resident conditions
- Strong passion for geriatric nursing and commitment to senior care excellence
