Job Summary
Conduct thorough assessments and accurately document changes in resident conditions while managing medications and promoting the physical and psychosocial well-being of seniors at Seymour Crossing. Create a comforting atmosphere through supportive presence and foster teamwork with nursing and facility staff to ensure coordinated care. Work evenings and weekends to develop meaningful relationships with residents, applying C.A.R.E. values of Compassion, Accountability, Relationships, and Excellence. Requires current Indiana RN license and proficiency in geriatric nursing.
Required Qualifications
- Current and valid Registered Nurse license in the state of Indiana
- Proficient medication management skills
- Ability to conduct thorough assessments and accurately document changes in resident conditions
- Strong passion for geriatric nursing and commitment to senior care excellence
- Demonstrates C.A.R.E. values to our residents, family members, customers and staff
