Job Summary
Perform nursing assessments, administer medications and treatments, and respond to urgent medical situations within a stable patient population. Collaborate with providers and correctional staff while educating patients and maintaining electronic medical documentation. Utilize critical thinking skills every shift to manage varied evening scenarios at the Sauk County Jail. Work Monday through Friday from 1:00 PM to 10:30 PM with weekends off, offering professional autonomy and consistent hours for a supportive correctional healthcare team.
