Job Summary
Administer at-home IVs, change dressings, clean wounds, and perform comprehensive patient assessments during home visits. Document all findings and upload data to the Synergy Software portal while coordinating care plans with the Clinical Team Manager and physicians. Initiate re-evaluations, manage transfers and discharges, and supervise Home Health Aides as required. Assess needs for additional team members including PT, OT, and ST. Maintain current CA RN license, BLS certification, and IV/Phlebotomy credentials. Work flexible schedules seven days a week with a minimum of two-three days weekly, one weekend, and two holidays annually. Earn $50 to $140 per visit as a W-2 per diem nurse supporting Alliance Healthcare's high-quality home care services in Southern California.
Required Qualifications
- 1 year (Required)
- Nursing: 1 year (Required)
- Current CA RN License (Required)
- BLS from the American Heart Association and/or the American Red Cross (Required)
- NSO Nursing License Insurance (Required)
- IV/Phlebotomy Certified (Required)
- able to work at least two-three days each week (or ten productivity units)
- one weekend a month
- two holidays per year (one winter and one summer)
