Registered Nurse (RN), Variable Part-Time Night Shift, NICU

Experienced Registered Nurse (RN) for NICU on a variable part-time night schedule. The role involves educating patients and families, serving as a role model for Level I nurses, applying ANA standards of practice, utilizing electronic resources to support best practices, delegating non-nursing duties, developing care plans, recognizing changes in patient condition, mentoring colleagues, conducting patient- and family-centered rounds, performing literature searches to inform practice, and participating in quality improvement and changes in practice based on evidence. The position is based in Shady Grove Medical Center in Rockville, MD, with two 12-hour night shifts per 4-week schedule and a pay range of $37-$55 per hour.
