Registered Nurse (RN)

Utilize the nursing process to plan and provide direct care to residents as assigned, while observing, directing, and evaluating personnel activities as the unit's person in charge. Maintain competence in required skills, manage shift routines, and assume Building Charge responsibilities as directed by the Director of Nursing. Serve on facility committees to enhance interdisciplinary processes and perform charting, documentation, and assessment functions. Participate in various unit activities and complete other duties as assigned within the long-term care, rehabilitation, and memory care setting.
