Registered Nurse (RN)

Provide nursing care to residents requiring long-term and/or rehabilitative care in a supportive facility setting. Deliver and evaluate the patient/resident plan of care, direct and supervise other nursing personnel, ensure proper documentation, maintain confidentiality, and educate patients, families, and caregivers as appropriate. Participate in professional duties per Nurse Practice Act and facility policies, and maintain knowledge of equipment and documentation requirements. Role requires active RN license, graduation from a nursing program, and availability to work rotating shifts, including holidays and weekends. Walk-in interviews are offered at the Lakeland/Winter Haven location.
