Registered Nurse (RN)

Assess, plan, and evaluate nursing care for residents requiring long-term and/or rehabilitative care while implementing their plans of care and monitoring responses. Deliver direct nursing care, supervise other nursing personnel, and provide education to patients, families, and caregivers. Maintain knowledge of documentation requirements, equipment maintenance, and facility policies to ensure compliance with the Nurse Practice Act and resident rights. Work rotating shifts, holidays, and weekends as scheduled.
