Registered Nurse (RN) – VAD Coordinator

RN coordinates neuro and cardiac ICU care, assesses and documents patient plans, supervises non-RN personnel, serves as charge nurse, preceptor to new staff, and provides education to patients and families. Works under the Nurse Manager/Clinical Coordinator and collaborates with the healthcare team to ensure implementation and evaluation of individualized plans of care, readiness for discharge, and ongoing care adjustments.
