Registered Nurse (RN) - Urgent Care, Per Diem

Assess, diagnose, and implement individualized plans of care for adult and pediatric patients in urgent care, allergy, and infusion clinics. Utilize critical thinking to recognize patient status changes, modify care plans, and elevate concerns to the team as necessary. Mentor colleagues, precept students and residents, and advocate for patient autonomy while ensuring informed consent. Prioritize time to optimize outcomes, delegate care appropriately, and contribute to quality improvement and evidence-based practice initiatives. Requires BSN with one year of experience or ADN with two years; Licensed RN with NH eligibility and BLS certification.
