Job Summary
Part-time Registered Nurse (RN) role in Urgent Care in Houston, TX. Responsibilities include collecting patient data, assessing and providing direct age-appropriate care, administering medications and immunizations, assisting providers during treatments, triaging patients, documenting in the medical record, coordinating referrals, and ensuring adherence to site protocols. Must be eligible for RN licensure in Texas with an appropriate nursing degree and BLS certification. Includes respiratory fit testing as part of occupational health/safety requirements. Flexible evening hours, shift coverage as outlined in hours of operation.
Required Qualifications
- Required Diploma in Nursing Or Associate's degree in a related field accepted by the Texas Board of Nursing for the purposes of obtaining and maintaining an RN license. Preferred Bachelor's Degree in Nursing.
- RN - Lic-Registered Nurses by the Texas Board of Nursing or Nursing Licensure Compact
- BLS - Cert-Basic Life Support by the American Heart Association
