Job Summary
Registered Nurse (RN) in Urgent Care at ConvenientMD (New England). Provide comprehensive patient triage, assist with exams and procedures, perform blood draws and phlebotomy, manage airway support and oxygen therapy, conduct 12-lead ECGs, CPR with AED as needed, administer immunizations and medications, and communicate care plans to patients. Requires RN license (RN) with BLS, ADN or BSN, willingness to travel to multiple local locations (within ~1 hour), and availability for 12-hour shifts. Strong teamwork, patient-centered communication, and ability to train new clinic staff are essential.
Required Qualifications
- Associate Degree in Nursing (ADN) or Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN)
- State licensed RN
- prior experience placing and monitoring IVs
- Basic Life Support (BLS) certification - American Heart Association or American Red Cross (no online only)
- 12-hour shifts availability (full-time/part-time/per diem options)
- Flexibility to travel to multiple ConvenientMD locations within 1 hour
- Ability to train and welcome new clinic team members
- Proactive communication and patient-focused care
