Job Summary
Registered Nurse (RN) at ConvenientMD in urgent care providing comprehensive triage and patient care. Responsibilities include vital signs collection, documenting medical history, assisting with exams and procedures, phlebotomy, airway management, oxygen therapy, ECGs, CPR/AED, immunizations, medication administration, and coordinating with the clinical team. Required Qualifications
- State-licensed registered nurse (RN) in good standing (MA)
- Associate Degree in Nursing (ADN) or Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN)
- Basic Life Support (BLS) certification (American Heart Association or American Red Cross); CPR/ACLS online-only not accepted
- Prior experience placing and monitoring IVs
- Ability to perform triage, blood draws, and airway management (nebulizer, suction, oropharyngeal/nasopharyngeal airways)
- Competence with 12-lead ECGs, CPR, AED use
- Immunization and medication administration per protocols
- Strong patient communication and teamwork
- HIPAA-compliant handling of patient information
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office or related software; ability to learn clinical systems like Experity
- Availability for 12-hour shifts with required weekend rotation; travel to other locations as needed
