Job Summary
Deliver and coordinate nursing care for patients within a multidisciplinary team using the nursing process to ensure high-quality, patient-centered care. Administer medications safely, develop and adjust individualized care plans, educate patients and families on care plans and self-care, and advocate for patients while prioritizing safety and positive outcomes. Works under the MLH mission and values in a medium-work environment with potential exposure to patient fluids and hazardous materials. Strong collaboration with interdisciplinary teams, knowledge of EHR/barcode scanning, and adherence to the Nurse Practice Act and licensure requirements. Includes responsibilities in education, advocacy, and continuous professional development in an acute care setting.

- BASIC LIFE SUPPORT - American Heart Association
- Associates Degree Nursing
- 0-1 years experience (required)
- Clinical nursing experience 1-3 years (preferred)
