Job Summary
Deliver and coordinate nursing care for patients within a multidisciplinary team, using the nursing process to ensure comprehensive, high-quality care. Provide compassionate, patient-centered care while supporting patients and families through emotional challenges. Prioritize patient safety and strive for optimal outcomes through evidence-based practice. Educate and advocate for patients and families, empowering them with knowledge and resources for treatment and self-care. Demonstrates professionalism and upholds the MLH Mission, Vision, and Values, serving as a role model for excellence in nursing practice. Conduct comprehensive nursing assessments, develop individualized care plans, administer medications safely, and collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to ensure coordinated care.
Required Qualifications
- Registered Nurse Tennessee - Tennessee Board of Nursing
- BASIC LIFE SUPPORT - American Heart Association
- Associates Degree Nursing
- Licensure Required: TennesseeRN
- 0-1 years clinical nursing experience
- Clinical nursing 1-3 years (Preferred)
- Nursing knowledge and practice appropriate to Med-Surg-Neuro units
