Job Summary
Supervise nursing staff, record resident medical histories, and monitor conditions including fluid intake and output. Administer prescribed medications, injections, and wound care while collecting lab samples as assigned. Observe residents under treatment to identify progress and side effects, then provide emotional support and communicate with families regarding instructions. Maintain accurate patient charts and ensure compliance with DOH/CMS regulations and MDS 3.0 standards. Required Qualifications
- Current New York Registered Nurse - RN license
- 2 years' experience in LTC/Rehab Facility
- 1 year of nursing supervisory experience
- Current BLS required
- Knowledgeable in MDS 3.0, DOH/CMS regulations and EHR
