Job Summary
Registered Nurse (RN) Unit Manager needed to supervise an assigned unit, help establish policies and procedures, mentor nursing staff, maintain standards of care, review Resident records and quality of care, address questions or complaints from Residents and families, and represent the unit with upper-level management. Must hold a valid state RN license; LTC and Charge Nurse experience preferred; strong computer and exceptional communication skills required. Located in Canandaigua, NY (with additional posting in Saint Paul, MN). This role emphasizes clinical leadership, care coordination, and operational oversight within a long-term care facility as part of the Ontario Center for Rehabilitation and Healthcare.
Required Qualifications
- Must hold valid State RN License
- 3 years Long Term Care Experience preferred
- 2 years Charge Nurse experience preferred
- Strong computer skills
- Excellent communication skills
