Job Summary
RN Unit Manager responsible for supervising the assigned unit, helping establish and implement employee policies and procedures, mentoring less experienced nurses, maintaining standards of care, reviewing resident records and quality of care, addressing resident/family questions, and representing the unit to upper management. Requires a valid State RN License, long-term care experience (3 years preferred) and Charge Nurse experience (2 years preferred), plus strong computer and excellent communication skills.
Required Qualifications
- Must hold valid State RN License
- 3 years Long Term Care Experience preferred
- 2 years Charge Nurse experience preferred
