Job Summary
Unit Manager position in Ontario Center’s RN unit requiring supervision of the unit, development and implementation of employee policies and procedures, mentoring of nurses, maintaining standards of care, reviewing resident records and quality of care, addressing resident/family questions, and representing unit interests with upper management; requires valid state RN license and prior long-term care and charge nurse experience, with strong computer and communication skills.
Required Qualifications
- Must hold valid State RN License
- 3 years Long Term Care Experience preferred
- 2 years Charge Nurse experience preferred
- Strong computer skills
- Excellent communication skills
