Job Summary
Oversee supervision of the assigned unit; help establish and implement employee policies and procedures; mentor less experienced nurses with clinical and career guidance; maintain standards of care for the unit; review resident records and quality of care; monitor overall care and review residents’ cases; address questions or complaints from residents or families; represent the unit’s interests with upper-level management. Requires valid State RN license; 3 years long-term care experience and 2 years charge nurse experience preferred; strong computer and excellent communication skills.
Required Qualifications
