Job Summary
RN Unit Manager responsible for the supervision of the assigned nursing unit at Northern Manor Multicare Center. Duties include establishing and implementing employee policies and procedures, mentoring less experienced nurses, maintaining standards of care, reviewing resident records and quality of care, monitoring overall care, addressing questions from residents and families, and representing the unit to upper management. Requires a valid RN license; LTC experience and charge-nurse experience preferred; strong computer and communication skills are essential.
Required Qualifications
- Must hold valid State RN License
- 3 years Long Term Care Experience preferred
- 2 years Charge Nurse experience preferred
- Strong computer skills
- Excellent communication skills
