Job Summary
Coordinate clinical care for an assigned unit within a 24-hour operation by supervising nursing teams, conducting regular rounds with patients and staff, and instructing personnel on skilled care processes. Assess resident needs to implement personalized care plans and rehabilitation while ensuring compliance with infection control, pharmacy, and quality management reports. Promote hospitality and a positive healing environment through daily interactions with guests, families, and visitors. Rotate on-call duties with other leaders and work Monday through Friday. Requires a Michigan RN license, CPR certification, and at least two years of supervisory experience in long-term care.
Required Qualifications
- Must be a graduate from an accredited school of nursing
- at least 2 years of Long Term Care or Supervisory experience
- Current Nursing State of Michigan RN License
