Job Summary
Coordinate clinical care for the assigned unit within the 24-hour operation by supervising the nursing team, conducting regular rounds, and instructing staff on skilled care processes. Assess resident needs, implement necessary care plans, and ensure completion of infection control, pharmacy compliance, and quality management reports. Promote hospitality and excellent customer service during daily interactions with guests, families, and visitors to foster a positive healing environment. This full-time day shift role (8:00 AM - 4:00 PM) includes on-call rotation responsibilities. The Unit Manager supports WellBridge of Clarkston's award-winning EPIC team, utilizing analytical abilities to solve complex clinical issues while delivering compassionate, innovative care.
Required Qualifications
- Must be a graduate from an accredited school of nursing
- at least 2 years of related experience
- Current Registered Nurse license in the State of Michigan - (RN) License
- current CPR-BLS certification
