Job Summary
Handle all supervisory duties for the assigned unit, establish and implement employee policies, and mentor less experienced nurses with clinical and career advice. Maintain unit standards of care by reviewing resident records, quality metrics, and individual cases. Address questions or complaints from residents and families while representing the unit's interests with upper-level management. Requires a valid State RN License, three years of Long Term Care experience, and two years as a Charge Nurse. Located in Schenectady, NY, this role supports a 240-bed rehabilitation and skilled nursing facility dedicated to patient-centered therapy.
