Job Summary
Registered Nurse Unit Manager responsible for supervisory duties on the assigned unit, policy and procedure development, mentoring less experienced nurses, maintaining standards of care, reviewing resident records and cases, addressing questions or complaints from residents and families, and representing the unit to upper management. Requires a valid State RN License; LTC experience and Charge Nurse experience preferred. Strong computer and communication skills are essential.
Required Qualifications

- 2 years Charge Nurse experience preferred
