Job Summary
Conduct thorough patient assessments, administer medications, and provide assistance with Activities of Daily Living in home settings. Educate patients and families on health maintenance, monitor symptoms, and coordinate schedules with approved plans of care. Maintain accurate patient logging in the EMR system and communicate seamlessly with case managers and physicians. Offer emotional support and prepare clear clinical notes reflecting each patient's journey. Requires a valid active RN license, BLS certification, and willingness to travel; pay range is $38.00 - $42.00 per hour. As an independent contractor, you will build meaningful relationships while delivering holistic, compassionate care directly to those who need it most.
Required Qualifications
- A valid and active RN License in the state of practice.
- A willingness to travel, bringing care directly to patients' homes.
- Graduation from an accredited school of nursing.
- Current BLS Certification.
- Ability to pass a state & federal background check, ensuring trust and safety.
- Malpractice Insurance is required.
- Strong problem-solving and critical thinking skills, coupled with a warm, empathetic approach.
