Job Summary
Conduct thorough patient assessments, administer prescribed medications, and provide assistance with Activities of Daily Living in patients' homes. Educate families on health maintenance, monitor symptoms, and coordinate schedules directly with patients to align with their care plans. Maintain accurate documentation in the EMR system and communicate seamlessly with Case Managers and physicians. Offer emotional support and advice to patients and families while ensuring compliance with BLS certification and background check requirements. As a 1099 Independent Contractor earning $38-$42/hour, you will travel to serve energy workers and their families, building meaningful relationships within our compassionate in-home care mission.
Required Qualifications
- A valid and active RN License in the state of practice.
- A willingness to travel, bringing care directly to patients' homes.
- Graduation from an accredited school of nursing.
- Current BLS Certification.
- Ability to pass a state & federal background check, ensuring trust and safety.
- Malpractice Insurance is required.
- Strong problem-solving and critical thinking skills, coupled with a warm, empathetic approach.
