Job Summary
Ensure delivery of efficient and effective nursing care while achieving positive clinical outcomes and resident/family satisfaction in accordance with state and federal regulations. Operate within the scope of practice defined by the state Nurse Practice Act and direct resident care during assigned shifts. Manage staff assignments, mentor nursing personnel, and collaborate with physicians and other medical professionals. Requires active, in good standing, Registered Nurse (RN) license in the state of practice, with prior experience in LTC/SNF/AL/MC settings preferred. Full-time employment with competitive wages up to $41/hr plus shift differential. Required Qualifications
- Must have active, and in good standing, Registered Nurse (RN) license in the state of practice
