Job Summary
Ensure efficient and effective nursing care while achieving positive clinical outcomes and resident satisfaction in accordance with state and federal regulations. Operate within the scope of practice defined by the state Nurse Practice Act, directing nursing care during assigned shifts. Manage staff assignments, mentor nursing personnel, and collaborate with physicians and other medical professionals. Maintain a professional image and demonstrate excellent written and oral communication skills. Requires an active, in good standing, Registered Nurse (RN) license in the state of practice, with prior experience in LTC/SNF/AL/MC settings preferred. Schedule includes 2 full-time nights and 1 part-time day from 2pm to 10pm. Tutera Senior Living & Health Care is a family-owned company founded in 1985 dedicated to the YOUNITE philosophy.
Required Qualifications
- Must have active, and in good standing, Registered Nurse (RN) license in the state of practice
- Prior experience as a Registered Nurse (RN) in a LTC/SNF/AL/MC setting preferred
