Job Summary
Ensure efficient and effective nursing care while achieving positive clinical outcomes and resident satisfaction in accordance with state and federal regulations. Operate within the scope of practice defined by the Nurse Practice Act, directing nursing care during assigned shifts. Manage staff assignments, mentor nursing personnel, and collaborate with physicians and other medical professionals. Maintain a professional image and demonstrate excellent communication skills. Requires an active, good-standing RN license in the state of practice, with prior LTC/SNF/AL/MC experience preferred. Required Qualifications
- Must have active, and in good standing, Registered Nurse (RN) license in the state of practice
- Prior experience as a Registered Nurse (RN) in a LTC/SNF/AL/MC setting preferred
