Job Summary
Ensure efficient and effective nursing care while achieving positive clinical outcomes and resident satisfaction in accordance with state and federal regulations. Operate within the scope of practice defined by the Nurse Practice Act, directing nursing care during assigned shifts. Manage staff assignments, mentor nursing personnel, and collaborate with physicians and other medical professionals. Maintain an active Registered Nurse license in good standing and demonstrate excellent communication skills. Full-time employment with a $10,000 sign-on bonus, low-cost health insurance, dental, vision, and life insurance, plus 401(k) and tuition reimbursement. Required Qualifications
- Must have active, and in good standing, Registered Nurse (RN) license in the state of practice
- Prior experience as a Registered Nurse (RN) in a LTC/SNF/AL/MC setting preferred
