Job Summary
Ambulatory Registered Nurse for the Breast Clinic providing comprehensive patient care and assessment, triage, care coordination, and patient education. Supports multiple locations with a Monday–Friday schedule; requires nursing diploma with BSN or ADN and an active RN license (Illinois) prior to hire. Responsibilities include developing individualized care plans, initial triage, coordinating with physicians and other providers, documenting care and managing administrative tasks, and ongoing patient/family education. Required Qualifications
- Diploma from an accredited school/college of nursing
- Current Registered Nurse License
- BSN or ADN
- BLS provider (AHA)
