Registered Nurse (RN)

Lead a team of direct care providers to ensure appropriate execution of medications, treatments, documentation, family teaching, care planning, and patient care conferencing in compliance with Health Campus Policies. Utilize the nursing process to deliver patient care and ensure continuity from admission through discharge. Visit residents daily to evaluate physical and emotional status, notify the charge nurse or physician of condition changes, and initiate immediate lifesaving measures for emergencies. Complete administrative duties including medical forms, reports, evaluations, and charting. Requires current state RN license and CPR certification. Located in Warsaw, IN.
