Registered Nurse (RN)

Lead a team of direct care providers to ensure appropriate execution of medications, treatments, documentation, family teaching, and care planning in compliance with Health Campus Policies. Utilize the nursing process to deliver patient care from admission through discharge and return to family, while visiting assigned residents daily to evaluate physical and emotional status. Identify resident problems and emergency situations, initiating immediate lifesaving measures in the absence of a physician, and notify the charge nurse, physician, or Director of Nursing regarding condition changes. Perform administrative duties including completing medical forms, reports, evaluations, studies, and charting. Maintain a current, valid state RN license and CPR certification. Located in Wabash, IN.
