Registered Nurse (RN)

Lead a team of direct care providers to ensure appropriate execution of medications, treatments, documentation, family teaching, care planning, and patient care conferencing in compliance with Health Campus Policies and Procedures. Utilize the nursing process to deliver patient care and ensure continuity from admission through discharge and return to family. Visit residents on the assigned unit daily to evaluate physical and emotional status, notifying the charge nurse, physician, or Director of Nursing of any condition changes. Identify resident problems and emergency situations to initiate immediate lifesaving measures. Perform administrative duties including completing medical forms, reports, evaluations, studies, and charting. Work 12-hour shifts at the Springs of Richmond facility.
