Registered Nurse (RN Triage & Support)

Respond to patient inquiries via phone and electronic messaging to provide clinical triage and guidance per established protocols. Accurately document symptoms, assessments, and advice in the EMR while communicating lab and imaging results with patient education. Collaborate with providers to determine clinical actions, process medication refills, and manage follow-up logistics and scheduling. Perform direct nursing tasks including vital signs, injections, and phlebotomy as needed. Maintain adherence to clinical policies and participate in quality improvement initiatives. Requires current RN license, one year outpatient experience, phlebotomy competency, and eClinicalWorks proficiency. Full-time role in Mullica Hill, NJ with a salary range of $30 to $37.
