Registered Nurse (RN Triage & Support)

Coordinate patient care via triage protocols and support nursing staff, primarily via telephone. Evaluate and assess patients’ health needs using established triage guidelines; obtain input from the provider as needed to determine the best clinical course of action and recommendations for patient health. Accurately document symptoms/complaints, nursing assessments, advice given, and patient/caller responses, following policies and procedures to ensure consistency and improve health outcomes. Requires nursing degree and PA RN licensure with OB/GYN experience preferred; CPR certification and 1 year of clinical experience are beneficial. Office is in Phoenixville, PA with possible additional PA locations; on-site, full-time role with typical weekday hours and Thursday evenings.
