Registered Nurse(RN) / Travel / Adult Intensive Care Unit

Charge RN to supervise nursing staff on the Adult ICU unit, coordinate daily operations, delegate assignments based on patient acuity and staff competencies, monitor workload and staffing needs, and assist with complex or high-risk patient care. Collaborate with physicians, advanced practice providers, and interdisciplinary team members to optimize patient outcomes; participate in patient assessments, care planning, medication administration, and evaluation of responses. Drive infection prevention, regulatory compliance, and quality/safety initiatives; mentor and coach nurses, support onboarding, and contribute to problem-solving and decision-making. Lead huddles and staff meetings, advocate for patients and families, and promote continuous learning and professional growth within Piedmont Healthcare’s culture of respect and teamwork. The role is based in Augusta, GA, with on-site responsibilities on the ICU unit.
