Registered Nurse RN - Trauma IMC - FT Days

Lead a 12-bed Intermediate Care trauma unit serving patients requiring frequent monitoring, including those needing BiPap, ventilator support, and post-tPA care. Deliver safe, effective care by leading interdisciplinary rounds, applying the nursing process to address clinical and psychosocial needs, and effectively delegating tasks while maintaining accountability. Actively participate in unit-based shared governance, drive quality improvement initiatives, and foster a culture of continuous development through open dialogue and evidence-based practice. Maintain de-escalation certification and support team member contributions to achieve strategic patient experience and nurse-sensitive indicator goals.
