Collect comprehensive patient data to formulate nursing diagnoses and develop individualized plans of care for pediatric patients. Implement and coordinate delivery of interventions while evaluating progress toward expected outcomes and ensuring a safe environment. Collaborate with families to conduct nursing practice and integrate research findings into daily care delivery. Systematically evaluate the quality and effectiveness of nursing practice while maintaining current competency in the field. Perform duties involving heavy lifting up to 50 lbs occasionally and frequent bending, walking, and standing.
