Registered Nurse (RN) Transfer Center, Full Time, Nights/Wknd & Holidays Required

Collects comprehensive patient data, formulates nursing diagnoses, and develops individualized plans of care for children and families. Implements prescribed interventions, evaluates progress toward outcomes, and systematically assesses the quality and effectiveness of nursing practice. Collaborates directly with families in the conduct of care, integrates research findings into practice, and contributes to the professional development of peers. Manages goal-directed nursing care through the principles of primary nursing in accordance with departmental policies. Requires a Tennessee nursing license, associates degree (bachelor's preferred), and pediatric experience. Full-time nights, weekends, and holidays rotation.
